Marlene Levitt

Marlene Levitt founded Tri-Tech Associates in 1981. She has directed the company up from a fledgling organization to one of the major technical recruiting firms in New Jersey. Marlene is a past president of the New Jersey Staffing Association, the state trade association for the staffing industry. She has been involved in a variety of activities including training and education of new and experienced consultants. Marlene developed the educational program that serves as the basis for certifying consult ants throughout the state and also serves as a Certified Arbitrator for any ethical or professional disputes between recruiting firms or client companies.

Marlene is recognized as a leader in the staffing industry. She has been called upon as an expert witness in cases involving employment, compensation matters and wrongful termination. Her 27 years in the industry have proven her to be a knowledgeable source for all staffing issues.

Through Marlene's efforts, Tri-Tech Associates and its consultants have developed a client base in the tri-state area that includes Fortune 500 corporations as well as small to mid-sized companies. Each of Tri-Tech Associates' clients receives personal a nd professional attention that has resulted in long standing relationships and very satisfied clients.

Marlene received her BA degree in Education from Brooklyn College. She has been in the business world since 1971.

Florence Lucchesi

Florence Lucchesi has been with Tri-Tech Associates since1996. She holds a BS degree from William Paterson University and is certified as a trained Consultant of the New Jersey Staffing Association. Florence works very heavily with Chemical and Manufact uring candidates and has contacts throughout those industries.

Florence primarily works with Engineers, Chemists, Production and Operations candidates. She holds the distinction of placing a candidate in the highest paying job in Tri-Tech Associates' history.

Marci Peister

Marci Peister is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and holds a BS degree in Finance. She has been with Tri-Tech Associates since 1997. Marci heads up our Research and Internet staff, directing all of our office research, internet postings and candidate searches.

Marci is Tri-Tech's leading consultant in Pharmaceutical staffing. She interfaces with Chemists, Scientists, CRA's and MD's within the Pharmaceutical industry. She also specializes in Mechanical, Electrical and Production positions in this industry.

As Tri-Tech Associates grows, Marci's responsibilities increase. She has contributed to our position on the internet and added to our growth and development.
