Our client, a leader in the precious metals industry, is seeking an
experienced Process Engineer. The qualified candidate should hold a BS or
MS degree in Chemistry or related discipline and should have at least 5
yrs. experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.

| RESPONSIBILITIES: |
You will be responsible to Monitor/Optimize processes to ensure
compliance to approved procedures and quality standards. You will also
develop, plan and execute process improvements to reduce variability,
increase yields, optimize raw materials, reduce labor, reduce cycle times,
reduce energy consumption and reduce waste streams. You will perform
process scale-ups, including development of process flow diagrams, control
strategies, equipment plans, equipment scale-ups and plan process
worksheets. You will serve as Project Manager responsible for capital
projects up to $3MM in addition to providing technical support to ensure
environmental compliance and review and implement S&H recommendations. You
will work with conception, specification, investigation, procurement and
scale-up of new process equipment and technologies in support of new
product development.
