legal environment is NOT required.

| RESPONSIBILITIES: |
Your responsibilities will include the design and development
of embedded voice signaling software applications including
Host/drivers, signaling modules, command interpreter, call state
machines and interface to analog (ISDN, proprietary PBX) module.
